New year, new route! This year there are two routes, such was the interest generated by last years Gearup4CF. I will be going on the Veterans route, taking 10 days to go from Vancouver, BC to Jasper AB.
Day 1: June 21 -White Rock to Harrison Hot Springs – approx 110 Km
Day 2: June 22 - Harrison Hot Springs to Manning Park – 115 Km
Day 3: June 23 - Manning Park to Penticton – 180 Km
Day 4: June 24 - Penticton to Vernon – 113 Km
Day 5: June 25 - Vernon to Needles/Farquier – 137 Km
Day 6: June 26 - Needles to Revelstoke – 160 Km
Day 7: June 27 - Revelstoke to Golden – 150 Km
Day 8: June 28 - Golden to Lake Louise – 83 Km
Day 9: June 29 - Lake Louise to midpoint of the Ice Fields Highway
Day 10: June 30 – Ice Fields Highway to Jasper (these last 2 days are around 230km)
Day 11: July 01 - Jasper to Edmonton—transfer by bus to airport
Total: 1278km.

Such was the enthusiasm generated by last years ride, this year there will also be a second ride running parallel. This ride, named the Lance Gregson Memorial Ride, this will take the same route as last years ride, from Vancouver to Banff. We will all start at the same time and then go separate off from the Veterans route on the 3rd day.
